Dual label product creates a Sandwich effect by which a personalized number cannot be improperly revealed.

Pin-Sandwich Security is perhaps the most security available in a scratch-off label product!
The Scratch Coating of this label is very opaque (nearly 3 tenths of a mil thick) against such intense light and laser light source. Graphics, colors, and shapes of such like customer's specifications may be easily added to this label. Holographic and other authentic elements are available.

Pin Sandwich Application Process

Product Construction.
The base label is coated with a specialized opaque substance that is imprintable with high speed inkjet. The printing will dry immediately for the application of the top-label which now sandwiches the PIN between these two specialized labels.

Product Security
Normal use is to scratch away the coating of the top-label to reveal the personalized code. Should there be an attempt to tamper with or lift the top-label, the specialized opaque coating of the base-label will lift away and remain adhered to the top-label. The personalized code is entirely secure.
