Lights-Out Security is the standard line scratch-off label product.

It features...

  1. Heavy clear coat to eliminate tape-lift, PIN theft
  2. Clear polystyrene base film
  3. Lottery type scratch-coating
  4. Approximately 7/10th of a mil specialized adhesive

The Scratch Coating of this label is very opaque (nearly 3 tenths of a mil thick) against intense light and laser light source. Graphics, colors, and shapes of such like customer's specifications may be easily added to this label. Holographic and other authentic elements are available.

Product Construction Description
One-of-a-kind scratch coating which provides the highest available scratch-away technology. The scratch coating is not produced by the use of conventional flexographic ink coating layers. Below the scratch coating there are no specialized release coatings bonded to the film base materials. In lieu of a scratch release coating the scrach mechanism is built into the actual scratch coating to ensure the best scratch-away experience in the industry. The binding in the costing itself make this product totally reliable. The clear coat over the top of this label product is impregnated with release agent silicones eliminating tape-lift theft. A high-quality 2 mil clear polystyrene acts as a base to the label. The adhesive is a specialized hybrid-acrylic which has immediate bond properties and high-build adhesion performance to the card substrate, plastic or paper.
