Sales Support Specialist – Full-Time Positions Available

This position is responsible for building and maintaining successful partnerships with external and internal Sales Representatives and customers in order to meet both team and company goals. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with other STL departments will be critical to both individual and company success.

Duties will include:

  • Facilitate flow of clear communication toward the completion of a successful project.
  • Provide product quotes and supporting materials to customers.
  • Enter orders and follow the order process to completion.
  • Establish and maintain high customer service with all customers and with each department at STL.
  • Process orders, update and maintain customer data and update of various projects utilizing software packages necessary to the project.

Applicants who are selected will be required to take a basic Mechanical Aptitude Test prior to interview. Drug screen required prior to employment. Hourly rates are determined based on experience and are negotiable.

Accounting Assistant - Full-Time Positions Available

A well established printing company located in Gresham, OR is seeking a recent college graduate for an Accounting Assistant position needed to support company growth. This is a progressive, dynamic company with great culture and work environment. The Accountant would work closely with the Assistant Controller in the monthly, quarterly and annual close, GL maintenance, as well as assist with special projects as needed. This position would work directly with department managers and offers a variety of responsibilities and opportunity for growth.

Duties will include:

  • Perform and coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities
  • Perform monthly bank and GL reconciliations
  • Daily recording/monitoring of customer payments and accounts
  • Expense Tracking and Reporting
  • Work on special projects as requested
  • Create weekly check runs and positive pay files


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting
  • Recent graduates with an accounting degree encouraged to apply
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Must have strong MS Office Skills, particularly Excel
  • Great Plains software experience preferred
  • Manufacturing industry experience a plus
  • Previous accounting experience beneficial

Research and Development Manager – Full Time Positions Available

The ideal candidate will have some experience management in a production environment who possesses strong listening, verbal and written communication skills. This person should be well-organized, self-directed team player that recognizes attention to detail is critical.

Oversee and be responsible for the R&D department through supervision, coordination, coaching/training and providing leadership to the assigned staff. Requires excellent leadership and organizational skills and the ability to multi-talk and prioritize over extended periods. Must be flexible and patient in dealing with suppliers working in a highly creative environment.

Duties will include:

  • Testing and reports generation.
  • Develops and implements R&D procedures and techniques.
  • Oversees complex research projects, analyze results and provide recommendations based on findings.
  • Assesses the scope of research projects and ensures they are on time and within budget.
  • Manage entire workflow process for Product Development
    • Engage with customers and internal team.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong process control building abilities.
  • Must have strong MS Office Skills, particularly Excel
  • Manufacturing industry experience a plus.
  • Previous management experience beneficial.
