REWIND OPERATORS – Full-Time Positions Available

No experience is necessary. The ideal candidate will have some experience in a production environment and are motivated to advance within the company.

Duties will include:

  • Safely operating a narrow-web rewinder
  • Inspecting complex label products for any signs of defect
  • Maintaining proper roll tension with consistency
  • Ensuring roll sizes are consistent
  • Being mindful of the production schedule in order to ship product on time

Applicants who are selected will be required to take a basic Mechanical Aptitude Test prior to interview. Drug screen required prior to employment. Hourly rates are determined based on experience and are negotiable.

ADHESIVE COATING OPERATOR - Full-Time Positions Available

Operate Adhesive Coater as designated by Management, and any other supplementary equipment as may be required to ensure optimum performance of equipment and quality of coated product at all times.

Duties will include:

  • Set up and run adhesive coater following protocols as provided by Management
  • Adhere to 5S program requirements.
  • Thoroughly inspect all raw materials to ensure they are in suitable condition for the production of quality coated material.
  • Follow procedures and instructions provided with respect to Coater setup and cleanup, periodic maintenance, inspection and troubleshooting
  • Verify your coated product has optimal tension, and that your adhesive thickness is in spec.

Applicants who are selected will be required to take a basic Mechanical Aptitude Test prior to interview. Drug screen required prior to employment. Hourly rates are determined based on experience and are negotiable.

COHESIO OPERATOR - Full-Time Positions Available

No experience is necessary. The ideal candidate will have some experience in a production environment and are motivated to advance within the company.

The primary function of this position is to ensure that the Cohesio produces quality work in a timely manner. This position requires the ability to solve problems mechanically and also communicate concise information regarding machine results, functions, and performance.

The Cohesio Operator is responsible for maintaining a work environment that will produce quality product for the customer, and responsible care for the equipment in use.

Duties will include:

  • Set up and run Cohesio press following protocols as provided by Management, and best practices established by equipment manufacturer/industry standards.
  • Adhere to 5S program requirements.
  • Thoroughly inspect all inks, coatings and supplementary supplies provided from warehouse are in suitable condition for the production of quality printed materials.
  • Follow End of Shift steps provided by management before leaving your workstation for the day
  • Maintain safe operating practices at all times. Report any dangerous situations or unsafe practices to your immediate supervisor at all times.

PRESS OPERATOR - Full-Time Positions Available
